4. Order Tracking

  • You must contact the carrier directly to file a claim

We will assist with documentation if needed, but we do not provide replacements for stolen items.

We will assist with replacement or carrier claims based on the situation.


11. Returns Due to Delivery Failure

If a package is returned because:

  • It was unclaimed
  • Delivery attempts failed
  • The address was incorrect

You will be responsible for:

  • Reshipping fees
  • Additional processing charges (if applicable)

Refunds for returned packages will exclude the original shipping cost.
